Your profile picture is temporarily stored in our content delivery network in multiple locations around the world, and only for short amount of time (a few hours to a few days from the time of access). This is done to increase the speed of the app.

Data Transfer

Lempod may transfer personal information outside of Australia, the USA, or the EU in order to provide our services and conduct our business operations. We do not transfer personal information to countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection.

As stated in Protection of Personal Information above, we use a variety of technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect personal information. In the event that this is not possible, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the personal information, including legal mechanisms to ensure that personal information is protected during cross-border data transfers, including:
