Billing reliability improvements: draft invoices are now updated one by one instead of all-at-once, which was causing us to bill customers a reduced amount.

Fixed bug: Title shows numbers instead of the Post Title.
Allowed business pod members to post, even if they do not have a subscription.
Do not show pods in Marketplace if the number of active members is at the limit.

On the post page, show a link to edit pod default comments.
Fixed bug: Real-time updates do not show right away on Pod’s Requests Tab.
Enter name and email address on posts page before the customer can create a post. This enables the customer to be eligible for support (since we cannot reply to customers if we don’t know their email address).
Show the Dashboard for authenticated users when they open Lempod in a browser tab.
Marketplace only shows 100 pods. This was previously set to 500 but was too slow for some users. We will soon be introducing pagination for the best balance between performance and displaying the maximum number of pods.
