We’ve moved from per-pod fees to a simple two-balance system that maps cleanly to how you work.
Lempod GoldAdd Lempod Gold whenever you like. Think of it as your account wallet. From here, you can convert Gold into Lempod Silver whenever you need it.
Nominal price is set per Gold and may vary with discounts or promotions.
Lempod SilverLempod Silver is used for actions such as scheduling posts in advance or using AI features. You’ll always see an estimate before you confirm.
Clear ConversionConvert from Gold → Silver at a fixed rate (for example, 1 Lempod Gold = 50 Lempod Silver). Customers can convert as needed; conversions from Silver back to Gold are handled by our team only when appropriate (e.g., resolving a support case).
Light users pay less because they use less Silver. Power users aren’t penalized—they can scale by converting more Gold whenever needed.

Lempod Gold is refundable in reasonable situations (e.g., mistaken top-ups or special circumstances). Lempod Silver isn’t refundable once converted or used, because it represents actions already performed. Where appropriate, our team may convert Silver back to Gold to make things right.
Conversions use a fixed rate (e.g., 1 Lempod Gold = 50 Lempod Silver). Plan campaigns your way: add Gold when it suits you, convert to Silver when you’re ready to take action.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Lempod platform. By using the platform, you accept these terms. This agreement is in effect from 25 August 2025.
This Agreement is between “Lempod” and “the Customer”. At the end of this document, “Lempod” is identified as KBI Solutions.
By accessing or using the Lempod platform, the Customer agrees to this Agreement. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current terms. Terms may be updated from time to time and take effect upon posting.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Plans include Lempod Gold and Free Lempod Silver credits. Usage beyond inclusions is billed as per the Pricing Policy Annex. Prices reflect current published rates and may change upon posting.

Notes: Prices are per month. Credits are applied to your account at the start of each billing cycle. “Free Lempod Silver” refers to Silver credits included with the plan. Add-On Features are billed separately; see Annex A5. Conversion rate: 1 Gold = 50 Silver.
Gifting (Support Requests): Minimum gift via support is 500 Lempod Silver (fee: 10 Lempod Gold) and 10 Lempod Gold (fee: 10 Lempod Gold). No fee is charged when Lempod Silver is gifted automatically from a Private Group owner to the member who starts an engagement.
Expiry: Lempod Silver added to your account expires 3 months from the date it is added.
Lempod uses two types of credits: Lempod Gold and Lempod Silver. The conversion rate is 1 Gold = 50 Silver.
Public Groups: the member who initiates a boost is charged 5 Lempod Gold. Engagement activity is charged at 10 Lempod Silver.
Private Groups: each Group owner is charged 5 Lempod Gold when a boost starts. Lempod Silver is automatically gifted from the owner to the member who initiates the boost; the member then uses that Silver to complete the engagement. Expiry rules apply.
Add-Ons are billed monthly and are not paid in Gold or Silver.
You receive 1 bonus point for every member that is offline for each boost. Points can be converted to Lempod Silver; see Annex A2 for rules.
Lempod Silver added to an account – whether included with a plan, converted from Lempod Gold, granted by support, or received as a gift – expires 3 months from the date it is added, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
Minimum amounts and fees for support-assisted gifts are set out in Annex A3 and form part of this Agreement. The fee waiver for automatic gifts within Private Groups is also set out in Annex A3.
Only unused Lempod Gold may be withdrawn and refunded within 14 days of depositing. The refund equals the prorated amount of the deposit(s) within that 14-day window minus any Gold already used. Lempod Silver and Points are non-refundable. Per support procedure, any Gold deposited more than 14 days prior is not eligible for refund.
Example: If you add 50 Gold, then after 14 days add another 100 Gold, and later consume 30 Gold, the refundable amount is 100 − 30 = 70 Gold (the earlier 50 Gold is outside the refund window).
In the event of any data loss, corruption, or system failure affecting balances or transaction records, the Company shall use its best efforts to act in good faith and fairly assess the situation. However, by using this system, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all determinations regarding balances, usage, and any remedial actions shall be made solely at the discretion of the Company. The Customer hereby waives any right to dispute such determinations and accepts that the Company's decision shall be final, binding, and not subject to challenge. The Customer further agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from such events.
Please ensure that all customers are made aware of and accept these terms prior to using the system.
This Annex forms part of the Agreement and may be updated upon posting.
A3.1 Support-Assisted Gifts (Minimums & Fees). The minimum Lempod Silver that can be gifted via a support request is 500 Lempod Silver, plus a fee of 10 Lempod Gold. The minimum Lempod Gold that can be gifted via a support request is 10 Lempod Gold, plus a fee of 10 Lempod Gold. The 10 Lempod Gold fee is not charged when Silver is gifted automatically by the system from a Private Group owner to the member who initiates an engagement. Fees for support-assisted gifts are non-refundable.
A3.2 Silver Expiry. Any Lempod Silver added to an account – whether included with a plan, converted from Gold, granted by support, or received as a gift – expires 3 months from the date it is added, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
All payment disputes are managed through the payment processor. Outcomes are subject to the processor’s policies and timelines.
