Our upstream provider is currently having an outage. They have advised:

Update: Our upstream provider is restarting all of its servers.
We are currently considering alternate providers, however this will require a significant effort which is not feasible at this stage.
Our upstream provider has advised us to wait another 5-10 minutes.

Our Techs are doing their best to finish all the adjustments as soon as possible! 🙏
We have received confirmation from our provider that their service is running again. We are restarting our processes and commencing validation.
Testing complete. YAY! Finally, we’re back up and running.
